Pasta With Veggies

Ingredients:
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Mix vegetables 1 cup
- Vegetable stocks 2 cups
- Pasta 1 cup
- Baked beans 200 gm
- Grated cheddar cheese for serving
Method:
- Heat olive oil in pan on medium flame and fry onion until soft.
- Now add tomato puree, add vegetables and vegetable stock and boil it.
- Then add pasta and mix it.
- Then cover it and simmer it for 12-14 minutes on pasta cooks.
- Now add beans, mix it, sprinkle cheddar cheese and serve.
