Biryani In A Dish

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Brown onion 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Capsicum 2
- Tomatoes 3
- Chopped potatoes (small cubes) 2
- Sweet corn 1 cup
- Boiled peas 1/2 cup
- Boiled eggs 2
- All spice 1 tsp
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Kewra 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Chopped mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put brown onion, red chili powder, ginger garlic, turmeric, salt, all spice and green chilies and fry it.
- Now add chicken with tomatoes and yogurt and fry more.
- Then put 1 cup water, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
- Then fry capsicum and onion with little rice.
- Then spread salt and all spice with boiled half rice in pyrex dish.
- Then put chicken, sweet corn, peas, eggs, potatoes, capsicum, remaining rice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, kewra and saffron and cover with foil.
- Now bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 25 minutes.
