Mash Daal Ka Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Mash daal 1 cup
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Dry milk powder 3/4 cup
  • Almonds chopped 2-3 tbsp
  • Pistachio chopped 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Grind mash daal, make smooth paste, add ghee, fry on low flame and stir it.
  2. Then add cardamom powder, cook more on low flame until ghee separates and wait for halwa till light golden.
  3. Now add sugar, dissolve it nicely, add dry milk, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve hot.

Mash Daal Ka Halwa is amazing sweet dish. It is other variation of halwa. Must try this halwa.
