Brain Masala

Ingredients:

  • Mutton brains 3
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Coriander leaves 1 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil brains, marinate with turmeric and salt and keep it aside.
  2. Fry onion in pan until pink.
  3. Then add all spices, yogurt and tomatoes, fry until tomatoes is soft, add brains and cook it.
  4. Now add coriander leaves, cook for 4-5 minutes, garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.

Brain Masala is delicious dish. You can add some cream or butter to get more delicious taste. It is served with naan or paratha.
