Yang Chow Fried Rice

Ingredients:

For Meat Balls:

  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Green onion 2
  • Ginger 1
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp

More Ingredients:

  • Chopped carrot 1
  • Chopped green onion 2-4
  • Boiled rice 3 cups
  • Crushed garlic 3 cloves
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

For Chicken Marination:

  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1/2
  • Oil for fry

For Scrambled Eggs:

  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Kikkoman 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix green onion, ginger, egg, salt, black pepper, corn flour and soya sauce in beef mince, make meat balls and deep fry it.
  2. Marinate chicken with water, salt and egg and shallow dry it.
  3. For scrambled eggs: Beat eggs and fry it.
  4. Heat oil in wok and fry garlic slightly.
  5. Now put carrot, green onion, vinegar, salt, white pepper and kikkoman and add fried chicken, meat balls and boiled rice.
  6. Then mix scrambled eggs and serve.

Yang Chow Fried Rice is wonderful & amazing Chinese rice dish. It is prepared with beef meatballs, chicken, rice & scrambled eggs, mixed together & served.
