Bean Curd With Sweet Corn Soup

Ingredients:
- Chicken stock 8 cups
- Chicken breast slice 1 cup
- Bean curd (1/2 inch cubes) 2
- Carrot (1/2 inch cubes) 1
- Unseeded tomato cubes 1
- Beaten egg 1
- Chopped green onion leaves 1/2 cup
- Chopped mushrooms 2 tbsp
- Chopped bamboo shoots 2 tbsp
- Sweet corn 1 cup
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 +1/4 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Egg white 1/2
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, egg white and corn flour.
- Now heat chicken stock, add marinated chicken, bean curd, carrot, tomato, green onion leaves, mushrooms, bamboo shots and sweet corn and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then put salt, soya sauce, corn flour paste and beaten egg.
- Stir it after few minutes and serve.
