Dahi Gosht

Ingredients:
- Meat (whole pieces) 1 kg
- Brown onion 1 cup
- Green chilies 6
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Raw onion 250 gm
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Papaya 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Coal 1
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate meat with yogurt, cumin, black pepper, red chili powder, papaya, brown onion and salt for 2 hours.
- Now put oil and cook in pot.
- When meat tender, roast it little, close stove, put raw onion, green chilies and mint leaves, give smoke of coal and serve.
Dahi Gosht is wonderful dish. You can prepared with any meat you want. Try this variation of meat dish.
