Saag Gosht

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped spinach 1/2 kg
- Chopped soya 2 bunches
- Fenugreek leaves 12 small bunches
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion (finely chopped) 2
- Green chilies 4
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Butter 1 small packet
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash spinach, soya and fenugreek leaves nicely.
- Put water, washed vegetables and turmeric in pot and soak it for 15 minutes so that bitterness finishes.
- Now drain water, keep on stove, tender all vegetables together in its water and grind it.
- Add meat, onion, turmeric, red chili, salt, ginger garlic paste, oil and 2 cup water in other pot and keep on stove.
- When meat tender, put dried grinded saag and green chilies and roast it.
- Now put butter and simmer it.
- Saag gosht is ready and serve with plain rice.
Saag Gosht is delicious Indian dish. Then combination of spinach, soya & fenugreek leaves is wonderful. You must try this new dish.
