Dry Fruit Laddu

Ingredients:

  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Pistachio 50 gm
  • Sesame 1/2 cup
  • Raisins 50 gm
  • Dates 250 gm
  • Jaggery 250 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Roasted flour 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut almonds, pistachio, dates and raisins into finely.
  2. Now heat ghee, fry dry fruits and take it out.
  3. Add jaggery and cardamom in remaining ghee and melt it.
  4. Then close stove, put roasted flour and fried dry fruits and mix it.
  5. Then cool it, make laddu with hands, coat with sesame and serve.

Dry Fruit Laddu is amazing side dish. It is prepared with dry fruits & dates and roasted in ghee. Make this at home.
