Masala Penne

Ingredients:
- Pasta 2 cups
- Salt as required
- Oil few drops
For Masala:
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Curry leaves few
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder as required
- Sambar powder 3/4 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 pinch
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
- Boil water in pot.
- Then put salt and oil and boil it.
- When it boils, add pasta and boil it.
- Now heat ghee in pan and crackle mustard.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
- Then add onion and saute it.
- Now add tomato and saute until mash.
- Then add red chili powder, sambar powder and all spice powder and mix it.
- Now add fenugreek seeds and cook on low flame.
- Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
