Masala Penne

Ingredients:

  • Pasta 2 cups
  • Salt as required
  • Oil few drops

For Masala:

  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Curry leaves few
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder as required
  • Sambar powder 3/4 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 pinch
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Boil water in pot.
  2. Then put salt and oil and boil it.
  3. When it boils, add pasta and boil it.
  4. Now heat ghee in pan and crackle mustard.
  5. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
  6. Then add onion and saute it.
  7. Now add tomato and saute until mash.
  8. Then add red chili powder, sambar powder and all spice powder and mix it.
  9. Now add fenugreek seeds and cook on low flame.
  10. Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
