Chicken Szechwan

Ingredients:
- Long chopped chicken 1/2 kg
- White pepper 1/2 + 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 + 1/2 tsp
- Egg white 1
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chopped carrot julienne 1
- Chopped capsicum julienne 1
- Chopped cabbage julienne 1/2 cup
- Chopped bamboo shoots julienne 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Stock 1 cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, egg white, 2 tbsp corn flour and oil for 30 minutes, deep fry for 5 minutes and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil, put garlic, fry for 1 minute and add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, bamboo shoots and fried chicken.
- Now put chili sauce, sweet sauce, soya sauce, oyster sauce and stock and boil it.
- Then put corn flour paste and serve it.
Chicken Szechwan is wonderful dish. Chicken is marinated & cooked with sauces. It is served with rice.
