Sizzling Beef

Ingredients:
- Undercut beef slices 1/2 kg
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Stock 1 cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Egg white 1
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
For Steak Sauce:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Sweet sauce 1/2 cup
- Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate beef with chili sauce, hoisin sauce, white pepper, salt, sugar, egg white, corn flour and oil for 1 hour.
- Now deep fry it for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
- For sauce: Fry garlic until golden.
- Now add sweet sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, soya sauce and stock.
- Then put beef in sauce and mix corn flour paste.
- Now heat oil, cook beef and sauce on sizzler slightly and serve hot.
Sizzling Beef is wonderful dish. Beef is marinated with sauce & cooked with sauce in sizzler. It is served with sideline.
