Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:
- Chicken with bones 700 gm
- Tomatoes 4-5
- Small green chilies 5-6
- Big green chilies 5-6
- Chopped garlic 4-5
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in wok and roast chicken.
- Then put tomatoes, small green chilies and garlic, mix it nicely and tender it.
- Then leave little oil and take out remaining oil.
- Now put whole green chilies, black pepper, cumin seeds and salt, mix it nicely and roast it.
- Take out chicken karahi in serving dish.
- Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.
Chicken Karahi is tasty & spicy dish. It is easy & simple recipe to make. It is usually served in parties in Pakistan. It is served with salad, raita & naan.
