Fried Prawn Masala

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 1 kg
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Dried red chilies 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put vinegar in prawns and keep it aside.
  2. Now cut onion like omelet in cubes.
  3. Then heat oil, put ginger garlic, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, cumin, fenugreek seeds and all spice powder and mix it nicely.
  4. Now put tomatoes, red chilies and coriander leaves and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  5. Delicious fried prawn masala is ready.

Fried Prawn Masala is delicious seafood dish. It is prepared with little bit different variation. It is served with rice.
