Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless pieces 1/2 kg
  • Mushroom slices 1 tin
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 2 cups
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

For Stock:

  • Chicken bones few
  • Water 3 cups
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Ginger 1
  • Whole black pepper 4

Method:

  1. Prepare chicken stock.
  2. Cook until it remains 2 cups and strain it.
  3. Mash bones slightly slightly and mix soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt.
  4. Heat oil in wok.
  5. Now put ginger garlic and then put chicken.
  6. When water dries, put stock and put black pepper and chicken cube flour.
  7. Now fry mushrooms in frying pan, mix in chicken, mix corn flour in water and put it.
  8. When it is little thick, put sesame oil and serve hot.
