Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Chopped celery 2
  • Chopped carrot 300 gm
  • Chopped potato cubes 500 gm
  • Bay leaves 4
  • Tomato puree 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Red or white vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 4-5
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable stock cubes 3
  • Milk 400 ml
  • Bay leaves or powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Put olive oil, onion, celery, carrot, potatoes and bay leaves in big saucepan and fry until onion is soft.
  2. Then add tomato puree, ketchup, tomatoes, sugar and vegetable stock cubes.
  3. Then add 1 liter water, boil it, cover it and simmer it for 15 minutes or till potatoes tender.
  4. Then take out bay leaves.
  5. Then use blender and blend until smooth.
  6. Add 1 pinch of sugar if needed.
  7. Add milk before serving, add bay leaves or powder and serve.

Creamy Tomato Soup is delicious & yummy soup. It is prepared with tomatoes, potatoes, carrots & vegetable stock cubes. It is can be prepared in many ways.
