Kung Pao Prawns

Ingredients:
- Prawns 1/2 kg
- Salt 1/2 + 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 + 1/4 tsp
- Egg white 1
- Corn flour 1 + 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 10-12
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Chopped green onion 2
- Chopped onion 1
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Stock 1 cup
Method:
- Add salt, white pepper, egg white and corn flour in prawns, mix it nicely and leave for 10 minutes.
- Now deep fry prawns in oil until golden.
- Then keep it aside.
- For gravy: Heat oil and fry garlic for 1 minute.
- Now put capsicum, green onion, onion, stock, chili sauce, whole red chilies, soya sauce and ketchup, add fried prawns and cook until it boils.
- Then put corn flour, thick it and serve.
Kung Pao Prawns is delicious dish. It is deep fried & served in ketchup gravy. It is easy recipe to make at home.
