Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1/2 kg
- Mustard paste 2 tsp
- Garlic paste 2 tsp
- Carom powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Sesame seed 1 cup
- Rice flour 4 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Oil as required
Method:
- Put mustard paste, garlic paste, carom powder, red chili powder, salt, all spice powder and chaat masala on fish, mix it nicely and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now put rice flour on fish and coat with sesame seed and egg.
- Then heat oil and fry fish.
- Dhaka fish is ready.
Dhaka Fish is delicious seafood dish. Fish is marinated, coated with sesame seed & fried. It is Bangladeshi cuisine.
