Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Grated cottage cheese 2 packets
- Onion finely chopped 1
- Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Egg white 1
- Corn flour as required
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies crushed 6
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Method:
- Put yogurt in muslin cloth, tie and hang it so that it water dries.
- Then mix with cheese and all masalay.
- Then mix egg white and leave it for a while.
- Now heat griller.
- Now grease it, make kabab and fry kabab on griller.
- When it is cooked from one side, turn it.
- When golden brown from both sides, serve it with hot naan or chapati.
Dahi Ky Kabab is tasty kabab. The combination of yogurt & cheese is amazing. It is served with sauce or ketchup or roti.
