Ingredients:

  • Small potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Garlic minced 2 cloves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Parsley, finely chopped as required

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Now keep potatoes on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until they are tender enough to pierce with a fork.
  3. Let cool for 10 minutes or until.
  4. Crush potatoes in one piece.
  5. Then brush with olive oil.
  6. Then sprinkle with minced garlic and again bake in oven at 220 degrees C for 15 minutes or till golden brown
  7. Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley and serve.

Tater Tots is crispy deep fried dish. It is prepared with potatoes & baked in oven. It is served as side dish.
