Tater Tots

Ingredients:
- Small potatoes 1/2 kg
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Garlic minced 2 cloves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Parsley, finely chopped as required
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- Now keep potatoes on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until they are tender enough to pierce with a fork.
- Let cool for 10 minutes or until.
- Crush potatoes in one piece.
- Then brush with olive oil.
- Then sprinkle with minced garlic and again bake in oven at 220 degrees C for 15 minutes or till golden brown
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley and serve.
Tater Tots is crispy deep fried dish. It is prepared with potatoes & baked in oven. It is served as side dish.
