Chana Dal Keema

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 400 gm
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Boiled chana daal 1 cup
- Gram flour 2 tsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Tara garam masala 2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves 2 tsp
- Green chilies for garnish
- Ginger for garnish
- Mint leaves for garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put onion, ginger, garlic and beef mince and fry for few minutes.
- Then add tomatoes, red chili powder and turmeric and cook on low flame until tender.
- Then add chana daal and 1/2 cup water, cook on low flame for few minutes, add tara garam masala, green chilies, dry fenugreek leaves, lemon juice and ginger and cover it for 2-3 minutes.
- Then garnish with mint leaves and serve.
Chana Dal Keema is tasty dish. It is very common recipe in Pakistan. It is served with hot naan.
