Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Caster sugar 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 100  gm
  • Egg white 1
  • Salt 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  2. Put flour, baking soda and baking powder in bowl and mix it nicely with butter.
  3. Now add cheese and stir it.
  4. Then add egg white, salt and caster sugar, mix it nicely, knead this mixture and make smooth dough.
  5. Now keep dough on sheet, cut in biscuit size, bake for 12-14 minutes and serve.

Cheddar Cheese Biscuits is wonderful biscuits. The flavor of cheese is amazing. You must try biscuits at home.
