Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:
- Flour 1-1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Caster sugar 1 tbsp
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese 100 gm
- Egg white 1
- Salt 1 pinch
Method:
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Put flour, baking soda and baking powder in bowl and mix it nicely with butter.
- Now add cheese and stir it.
- Then add egg white, salt and caster sugar, mix it nicely, knead this mixture and make smooth dough.
- Now keep dough on sheet, cut in biscuit size, bake for 12-14 minutes and serve.
