Ingredients:

  • Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds powder 1 tbsp
  • Almond powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Ginger for garnish
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Hammer pasanday nicely, add salt, green chilies, all spice powder, poppy seeds powder, almond powder, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya, brown onion and cream and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Then heat oil in wok, add marinated pasanday and keep on low flame.
  3. When oil comes, up, add butter, simmer it for 2 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves and ginger and serve.

Malai Pasanday is delicious dish. It is marinated with spice powder. It is garnished with coriander leaves & ginger and served with naan & raita.
