Ingredients:
- Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Brown onion 2 tbsp
- Poppy seeds powder 1 tbsp
- Almond powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- All spice 1 tsp
- Green chilies 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Ginger for garnish
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Hammer pasanday nicely, add salt, green chilies, all spice powder, poppy seeds powder, almond powder, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya, brown onion and cream and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Then heat oil in wok, add marinated pasanday and keep on low flame.
- When oil comes, up, add butter, simmer it for 2 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves and ginger and serve.
Malai Pasanday is delicious dish. It is marinated with spice powder. It is garnished with coriander leaves & ginger and served with naan & raita.
