Ingredients:
- Milk 1/2 kg
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Condensed milk 1 cup
- Kewra 2 tbsp
- Cardamom 6
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Ghee as required
- Almonds, Pistachio for garnish
Method:
- Heat ghee in pan, add cardamom and vermicelli and roast it.
- Then add milk, cook for 5 minutes, add condensed milk and simmer it for 15 minutes.
- When vermicelli cooks, add kewra and yellow color, cook more for 5 minutes, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
Muzaffar is wonderful sweet dish. It is prepared with condensed milk & vermicelli and garnished with nuts.
