Prawn Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Tomato paste as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Cloves 6
  • Cinnamon 2
  • Black pepper 12
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Mace 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Dry fenugreek 1 tbsp
  • Ginger for garnish
  • Green chilies for garnish
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic paste and prawns and roast it nicely.
  2. Add tomato paste after 10 minutes and dry water.
  3. Then add nutmeg, mace, small cardamon, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, salt, dry fenugreek and green chilies, simmer it, garnish with ginger, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve hot.

Prawn Karahi is delicious karahi dish. It is served in restaurants in Pakistan. You can make it at home easily.
