English Cake On A Stove

Ingredients:

• Flour 1-1/2 cup
• Oil 1/3 cup
• Eggs 2
• Caster sugar 3/4 cup
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Baking soda 1/4 tsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Lemon juice 2 tsp
• Orange juice 2 tsp
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Raisins 2 tbsp
• Orange rind 2 tbsp
• Mixed caned fruit 1/4 cup
  

Method:

1. Grease cake mold, beat eggs, oil, vanilla essence, orange juice, lemon juice and caster sugar and add flour, baking soda, baking soda and salt.
2. Then combine both mixture, fold it and add mix fruit, orange rind and raisins.
3. Now put mixture in mold, bake for 40-50 minutes and serve.
