Blender Carrot Cake With Chocolate

Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Icing sugar 3-4 cups
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 3
- Carrot 3
- Vegetable oil 3/4 cup
- Icing sugar 1 cup
- Coco powder milk 1/4 cup
- Butter 150 gm
Method:
- Mix flour, icing sugar and baking powder nicely and grind it.
- Then peel carrots, cut into thick thick pieces, blend with oil and eggs and make smooth mixture.
- Now grease cake mold, dust with flour and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
- Then melt icing sugar, coco powder milk and butter on low flame on saucepan, put this mixture on cake and serve.
Blender Carrot Cake With Chocolate is wonderful cake. It is prepared with carrots, stuffed in cake & topped with chocolate.
