Kabuli Pulao

Ingredients:
- Mutton or chicken 1/2 kg
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Green cardamom 3-4
- Cinnamon 2
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Black pepper 8-10
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Raisins 3 tbsp
- Carrot 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Rice 750 gm
Method:
- Put chicken or mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste and water in pot and boil it until water dries and meat tender.
- Then heat 1/4 cup oil and fry onion until brown.
- Then add meat, roast it, grind cardamom, cinnamon, cumin and black pepper and soak rice.
- Now put 2 tbsp oil, sugar and water in pot, cook it, add salt and soaked rice and simmer it.
- Then add raisins, fry it, add carrot, simmer it and serve.
