Rice & Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Blended tomatoes 2
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Fried potatoes 2
- Chopped green onion 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Boiled spaghetti 2 cups
- Boiled rice 3 cups
- Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic, coriander, cumin, red chilies, salt, vinegar, tomatoes, tomato puree, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce and chicken and cook until chicken tender.
- Now spread chicken in casserole dish and put, spaghetti, potatoes, green onion, coriander leaves, boiled rice and cheese.
- Then put butter, cover with foil and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
