Rice & Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Blended tomatoes 2
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Fried potatoes 2
  • Chopped green onion 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Boiled spaghetti 2 cups
  • Boiled rice 3 cups
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic, coriander, cumin, red chilies, salt, vinegar, tomatoes, tomato puree, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce and chicken and cook until chicken tender.
  2. Now spread chicken in casserole dish and put, spaghetti, potatoes, green onion, coriander leaves, boiled rice and cheese.
  3. Then put butter, cover with foil and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
