Rice Flaked Cutlets

Ingredients:
- Mince chopped 1/2 kg
- Eggs 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Bread slices (soaked in milk) 2
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Dry milk for coat
- Rice flakes for coat
Method:
- Mix eggs, salt, ginger garlic, black pepper, mustard, oyster sauce, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and bread slices in mince.
- Now make cutlets and roll in dry milk.
- Then dip in egg whites.
- Then roll in rice flakes and deep fry it.
- Then serve with chutney.
