French Cream Soup

Ingredients:
- Prawns 300 gm
- Mushrooms 1 tin
- Chicken stock 3 cups
- Flour 2-3 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Finely crushed garlic 2-3 cloves
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Butter 4-5 tbsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves or Parsley for garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add prawns and mushrooms and fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add black pepper, white pepper and salt.
- Then put butter.
- Then add flour and fry it nicely.
- All ingredients combines, add stock, when thick, take it out.
- Garnish with coriander leaves or parsley and serve.
