Cinnamon Layered Custard

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Eggs 4
- Honey 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 pinch
- Fried almonds 1 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Plain cake 1 pound
Method:
- Cook milk.
- When it boils, put sugar and stir it.
- Now beat eggs, vanilla essence and salt.
- Then remove milk from stove, add eggs and stir it.
- Then mix it nicely and cook it again.
- When it boils, mix it nicely.
- Now make layer of cake in dish, put custard and then make layer of cake.
- Then put custard.
- Then put honey, almonds and cinnamon powder and serve.
Cinnamon Layered Custard is wonderful sweet dish. The layers are made of cake, custard, cake & custard. Then topped with honey, fried almonds & cinnamon.
