Cinnamon Layered Custard

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Honey 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Fried almonds 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Plain cake 1 pound

Method:

  1. Cook milk.
  2. When it boils, put sugar and stir it.
  3. Now beat eggs, vanilla essence and salt.
  4. Then remove milk from stove, add eggs and stir it.
  5. Then mix it nicely and cook it again.
  6. When it boils, mix it nicely.
  7. Now make layer of cake in dish, put custard and then make layer of cake.
  8. Then put custard.
  9. Then put honey, almonds and cinnamon powder and serve.

Cinnamon Layered Custard is wonderful sweet dish. The layers are made of cake, custard, cake & custard. Then topped with honey, fried almonds & cinnamon.
