Gobi Keema Katakat

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Cauliflower 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 10
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Finely chopped ginger 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Wash cauliflower.
  2. Now put 1 glass water, green chilies, ginger, garlic and salt and boil it.
  3. Then heat ghee on tawa, add mince and 1/2 cup water and cover it.
  4. Now put tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder and salt and roast for few minutes.
  5. Then add cauliflower and crush with hammer.
  6. Then put fenugreek seeds and whole coriander and roast it.
  7. Then put coriander leaves and all spice powder and mix it.
  8. Gobi keema katakat is ready.

Gobi Keema Katakat is tasty dish. It is prepared with boiled cauliflower & mince and cooked on tawa. It is served with hot naan or roti.
