Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Cauliflower 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 10
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves 4
- Finely chopped ginger 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
- Whole coriander 2 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Wash cauliflower.
- Now put 1 glass water, green chilies, ginger, garlic and salt and boil it.
- Then heat ghee on tawa, add mince and 1/2 cup water and cover it.
- Now put tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder and salt and roast for few minutes.
- Then add cauliflower and crush with hammer.
- Then put fenugreek seeds and whole coriander and roast it.
- Then put coriander leaves and all spice powder and mix it.
- Gobi keema katakat is ready.
Gobi Keema Katakat is tasty dish. It is prepared with boiled cauliflower & mince and cooked on tawa. It is served with hot naan or roti.
