Chicken Paratha Roll

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Bihari kabab masala 1/2 packet
- Lemons 2
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
For Paratha:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
For Tamarind Chutney:
- Tamarind 250 gm
- Black salt 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Dry ginger powder 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Onion Salad:
- Onion lachay 2
- Lemons 2
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate chicken with bihari masala, 1 lemon, black pepper, ginger, red chilies, papaya and salt for 10 minutes.
- Now heat little oil in frying pan, fry chicken, cover it and simmer it.
- Chicken boti is ready.
- For tamarind chutney: Put all ingredients in tamarind, mix it and cook it lightly.
- For onion salad: Soak onion in water and put onion.
- Then take out from water, put lemon juice and mint leaves.
- For paratha: Make each roti of balls.
- Now spread some oil and put dry flour.
- Then make paratha balls and roll it.
- Then heat tawa, cook paratha like roti and put oil with wooden spoon.
- Then put chicken boti and put chutney.
- Then put some onion and make roll.
- Paratha roll is ready.
