Stuffed Rice Chargha

Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp

For Stuffing:

  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Frozen mix vegetables 1 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Sweet corn 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mark cut on chicken, marinate with lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic, all spice and yogurt for 2 hours.
  2. Now heat oil and fry onion until soft.
  3. Then mix boiled rice and vegetables, take it out, stuff in marinated chicken and tie with rubber band.
  4. Keep chicken on baking tray and bake for 45 minutes.

Stuffed Rice Chargha is delicious dish. Whole chicken is marinated, stuffed with rice & vegetables and baked in oven.
