Gulabo Kheer

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Rice 3 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
- Rose water 2 tbsp
- Cottage cheese grated 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Rose petal for decoration
- Almonds chopped 2 tbsp
Method:
- Boil rice in water and mash it.
- Now boil milk, add mashed rice and cook until it boils.
- Then put sugar and cook more until water dries.
- Also stir it so that kheer is thick.
- Now put cheese in kheer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now put cardamom powder, rose water and almonds, take out in serving dish, cool it and garnish with almonds.
- When serve, decorate with rose petal.
Gulabo Kheer is wonderful sweet dish. The addition of rose water & cottage cheese is amazing. It is decorated with rose petals.
