Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Rice 3 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
  • Cottage cheese grated 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Rose petal for decoration
  • Almonds chopped 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil rice in water and mash it.
  2. Now boil milk, add mashed rice and cook until it boils.
  3. Then put sugar and cook more until water dries.
  4. Also stir it so that kheer is thick.
  5. Now put cheese in kheer and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now put cardamom powder, rose water and almonds, take out in serving dish, cool it and garnish with almonds.
  7. When serve, decorate with rose petal.

Gulabo Kheer is wonderful sweet dish. The addition of rose water & cottage cheese is amazing. It is decorated with rose petals.
