Crispy Fried Sesame Fish Fillet

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish strips 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2-3 tbsp
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Chinese salt as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Salad leaves, Lemons, Tomatoes for garnish

Method:

  1. Beat eggs and spread bread crumbs on plate.
  2. Now mix fish, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, corn flour, sesame seeds, Chinese salt and salt in mixing bowl.
  3. Then heat oil, coat marinated fish with beaten eggs.
  4. Then coat with bread crumbs and fry it.
  5. Now take out and spread on tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
  6. Then serve with salad leaves, lemons and tomatoes.

Crispy Fried Sesame Fish Fillet is delicious fried fish. It is marinated with lemon juice mixture & deep fried in oil. It is served with dip.
