Prawn Omelet

Ingredients:

  • Prawns small 20
  • Spring onions sliced 2
  • Eggs 4
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Brown vinegar 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash prawns, cut into finely and mask it lightly.
  2. Now out vinegar and white pepper and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Then heat oil in frying pan, fry prawns slightly, when it color changes, put white portion of spring onion and low flame after 2 minutes.
  4. Beat eggs with water in bowl and mix corn flour, salt and black pepper.
  5. Now spread omelet on fried prawns and fry on low flame.
  6. When golden from one side, turn it and do golden from second side.
  7. Omelet is ready.
  8. Then take out from frying pan, cut into 4 pieces and keep on wide plate.
  9. For sauce: Mix all ingredients and cook in small pot.
  10. When sauce is little thick, spread on omelet.
  11. Then put spring onion leaves and serve hot.
  12. Also toast bread slices.

Prawn Omelet is wonderful dish. It is prepared with prawns, cooked in eggs & topped with sauce. It is served in breakfast.
