Rice Balls

Ingredients:
- Mince 250 gm
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Boiled rice 2 cups
- Eggs 1+2
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
- Bread crumbs 2 cups
- Flour for coat
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Crushed coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until soft.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chili garlic paste, hoisin sauce, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, red chili and mince and fry it nicely.
- Then put 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until mince tender.
- Now mix mince with boiled rice, add cheese and 1 egg, mix it and make balls.
- Then roll balls in flour.
- Then dip in eggs, roll with bread crumbs, deep fry it and serve.
