Ingredients:
- Boiled chana daal 2 cups
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Capsicum 250 gm
- Curry leaves 6
- Tomatoes 4
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies, Coriander leaves as required
Method:
- Heat oil and fry chicken.
- Now put grinded tomatoes.
- Also put curry leaves, red chili powder, salt, turmeric and coriander powder and roast it.
- Now add boiled chana daal and 1 glass water and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- Then add capsicum and simmer it for 15 minutes.
- Then close stove and put green chilies and coriander leaves.
