Tutti Frutti Cake

Ingredients:

  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Buttermilk 1 cup
  • Sugar 2/3 cup
  • Tutti frutti (ashrafiyan) 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar.
  2. Now put egg, buttermilk and vanilla essence.
  3. Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and fold it.
  4. Then put ashrafiyan and mix it.
  5. Then put in tin, bake on 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Tutti frutti cake is ready.
