Ingredients:
- Plain flour 1 cup
- Buttermilk 1 cup
- Sugar 2/3 cup
- Tutti frutti (ashrafiyan) 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 pinch
- Butter 100 gm
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar.
- Now put egg, buttermilk and vanilla essence.
- Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and fold it.
- Then put ashrafiyan and mix it.
- Then put in tin, bake on 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
- Tutti frutti cake is ready.
