Rice Cake

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Mix frozen vegetables 1 cup
- Tomato puree 3 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Now grease 9 inch loose bottom tin.
- Then heat oil and fry chopped onion until light golden.
- Now put ginger garlic, salt, red chili powder, all spice powder, coriander powder, turmeric, tomato puree, ketchup, chili garlic sauce and chicken mince and fry it nicely.
- Then add 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until chicken mince tender.
- Now add yogurt, flour and milk, mix it nicely and simmer it.
- Now put coriander leaves and green chilies and take it out.
- Mix frozen vegetables in boiled rice.
- Now spread rice in greased loose bottom tin and make layer of chicken mince.
- Then make layer of rice and press it little.
- Cover tin with foil, bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes, take out in plate and serve.
