Chicken Broast

Ingredients:
- Chicken with skin 1 kg
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Vinegar as required
- Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Eggs 2-3
For Broast Masala:
- Flour 1 cup
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Chicken powder 4 tbsp
- Garlic powder 2 tbsp
- White pepper powder 4 tbsp
- Chinese salt 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Garlic Sauce:
- Cream 1 cup
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Garlic cloves 6-8
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Chicken cube 1
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For broast masala: Sieve flour, rice flour and corn flour.
- Now put chicken powder, garlic powder, white pepper powder, Chinese salt and salt in blender and blend finely.
- Now put in box and mix it nicely so that all ingredients are combined.
- Broast masala is ready.
- For garlic sauce: Boil garlic.
- Then put all ingredients in jug, mix it nicely and make thick paste.
- For broast: Put vinegar, salt, red chili powder and Chinese salt in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then put chicken and marinate it.
- Now put broast masala in box, close box and shake it nicely.
- Beat eggs.
- Put chicken in box and shake it nicely so that mixture is nicely coated on chicken.
- Then dip chicken in eggs, put again in box and shake it.
- Repeat this steps again.
- Then fry chicken on both sides until golden on low flame with cover.
- Remember it, while frying, pot should be closed with cover and flame should be medium.
- Dish out chicken broast and serve with sauce.
Chicken Broast is wonderful deep fried dish. It is common street food in Pakistan. It is marinated with batter, coated with bread crumbs, deep fried and served with sauce & bread roll.
