Crispy Rice Chaat

Ingredients:
- Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
- Boiled black chickpeas 2 cups
- Fried chana daal 1/2 cup
- Sev 1 cup
- Tamarind chutney 1 cup
- Papri 1 cup
- Chopped onion 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Chaat masala 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Boiled & cubed potatoes 2
- Puff rice as required
Method:
- Put chickpeas, black chickpeas, potatoes, coriander leaves, green chilies, onion, chaat masala, red chilies and tamarind chutney in bowl and mix it.
- Now take out in platter, put puff rice, chana daal, papri and sev and serve immediately.
Crispy Rice Chaat is tasty side dish. It is similar to papri chaat. It is prepared with chickpeas, chana daal & puff rice. It is served as appetizers and snack.
