Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Almond, Pistachio 2 tbsp
  • Green cardamom 6
  • Finely chopped pathay ki meethai 125 gm

Method:

  1. Soak rice for 2 hours.
  2. Now boil it until is is done.
  3. Heat ghee in pan, put green cardamom with 1/2 cup water and sugar and cook until sugar dissolves.
  4. Then add khoya and cook until khoya dissolves and light brown.
  5. Now add boiled rice and stir it.
  6. Then put pathay ki meethai, almonds and pistachio, mix it and simmer it until done.

Gulati is amazing sweet rice dish. It is prepared with rice & pathay ki meethai and topped with nuts. Make this dish at home.
