Ingredients:
- Sela rice 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Khoya 250 gm
- Almond, Pistachio 2 tbsp
- Green cardamom 6
- Finely chopped pathay ki meethai 125 gm
Method:
- Soak rice for 2 hours.
- Now boil it until is is done.
- Heat ghee in pan, put green cardamom with 1/2 cup water and sugar and cook until sugar dissolves.
- Then add khoya and cook until khoya dissolves and light brown.
- Now add boiled rice and stir it.
- Then put pathay ki meethai, almonds and pistachio, mix it and simmer it until done.
Gulati is amazing sweet rice dish. It is prepared with rice & pathay ki meethai and topped with nuts. Make this dish at home.
