Dahi Phulki Raita

Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Boiled potato 1
- Finely chopped green chilies 2
- Food soda 1 pinch
- Gram flour 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Put gram flour, salt, cumin, red chili powder and food soda in bowl, mix with water and dissolve it.
- Then heat oil and make small phulkiyan.
- Now add 1 cup water in yogurt and beat it.
- Then cut onion, tomato and potato finely.
- Then put phulkiyan, salt, cumin, green chilies, potato, onion and tomato in yogurt and take out in dish.
- Then garnish with mint leaves and serve.
Dahi Phulki Raita is similar dish as dahi bharay. Phulki is made of gram flour and served in yogurt with vegetables.
