Dahi Phulki Raita

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Finely chopped green chilies 2
  • Food soda 1 pinch
  • Gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 2 tsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Put gram flour, salt, cumin, red chili powder and food soda in bowl, mix with water and dissolve it.
  2. Then heat oil and make small phulkiyan.
  3. Now add 1 cup water in yogurt and beat it.
  4. Then cut onion, tomato and potato finely.
  5. Then put phulkiyan, salt, cumin, green chilies, potato, onion and tomato in yogurt and take out in dish.
  6. Then garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Dahi Phulki Raita is similar dish as dahi bharay. Phulki is made of gram flour and served in yogurt with vegetables.
