Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour 1 cup
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Cocoa 2 tbsp and 1/4 cup
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Packed brown sugar 1 cup
- Hot water 1-3/4 cup
Method:
- Combine flour, sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa, baking powder, salt, milk, oil and vanilla essence.
- Batter will be very thick.
- Spread batter into 9 inch greased pie plate or square pan.
- Combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
- Spread over batter.
- Top with hot water.
- Bake on 180 degrees C for about 30-35 minutes until top is dry and puffed.
- Put cookie sheet underneath your pan in the oven just in case little spills over.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
Hot Fudge Sundae Cake is wonderful cake. It is prepared with wheat flour instead of flour. It is served warm with ice cream.
