Oven Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Leak 1 cup
- Onion 2
- Carrot 1 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Dry herbs 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1/2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf 1
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
- Mix garlic paste, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, worcestershire sauce, dry herbs and lemon juice nicely in small bowl and marinate chicken nicely.
- Then melt butter in pot on medium flame, add chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Then take out in plate, add vegetables and add chicken stock and bay leaf.
- Now put worcestershire sauce and all vegetable juice, keep on aluminum foil and bake on 220 degrees C for 45 minutes.
- When tender, add flour, butter, salt and black pepper and cook it.
Oven Roasted Chicken is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with garlic paste mixture & baked. It is served with boiled vegetables and sauce.
