Dragon Prawns

Ingredients:
- Big prawns 12-15
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Crushed ginger 1 tsp
- Chopped onion 1/2 cup
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Roasted & ground Kashmiri red chilies 3
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method:
- Wash prawns and dry it for 30 minutes.
- Now heat oil in wok, stir fry prawns and take it out.
- Then put more oil in wok and add vegetables, masalay and some water.
- When it boils, add prawns and cook until sauce it thick.
- Now serve hot prawns with rice.
