Dragon Prawns

Ingredients:

  • Big prawns 12-15
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Crushed ginger 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Roasted & ground Kashmiri red chilies 3
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash prawns and dry it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil in wok, stir fry prawns and take it out.
  3. Then put more oil in wok and add vegetables, masalay and some water.
  4. When it boils, add prawns and cook until sauce it thick.
  5. Now serve hot prawns with rice.

Dragon Prawns is delicious dish. It is easy & simple recipe to make it at any time. It is served with rice.
