Kofta Palak

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Fried onion 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
For Gravy:
- Boiled spinach paste 1 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Onion paste 1 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 10
- Fenugreek seeds 4 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Put chicken and onion paste in chopper and grind it.
- Now put salt, ginger garlic paste, egg and all spice powder and make koftay.
- For gravy: Heat oil and put onion paste.
- When onion is brown, add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin, salt and fenugreek seeds and roast it nicely.
- When oil comes up, put koftay and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then put spinach and cook for 30 minutes on low flame.
- Now add green chilies and cover it for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Then close stove.
- Kofta palak is ready.
Kofta Palak is delicious dish. Kofta is prepared of chicken and served in spinach gravy. Try this different kofta dish at home and serve with rice.
